前回BLOGの方では、何度かＵＰさせていただきましたが
改めて作業工程の内容を御紹介させていただきます！


We have been introducing the process of paint some times here..

First of all, how we take an order from customer.





まず、どのようにオーナー様から御依頼していただいたか？



ベースカラーはブラックで
レーシーなイメージを持ちつつエレガントな仕上がりで。

後はお任せでアレンジを加えてほしいとのことでした。


This customer basically prefers black paint and wants us to add like a elegant racing tast for this project. Rest of them are all up to us...

After we got his desire, we start making some disign first.




オーナー様の要望を聞いたあと、
ミーティングしながら、お客様のイメージに合わせ
デザインを考案していきます。

色々なお客様によく言われることが

『どのようにペイントのイメージを伝えたら良いのか・・・』
また、『どのように依頼したら良いのか･･･』と相談を受けますが

このように、まずはお客様の簡単なイメージだけでもお伝えして頂ければ、
その後のイメージは、お客様と私共のコミュニケーションのもと
進めさせていただいております。

それはバイクのペイントだけに限らず、お客様の趣味、ファッション、などからも
ヒントとして、デザインに反映させて頂いております。

We always try to create a design with customers interest such as fashion.













さて！NOW!

ベースが出来上がった後に、シルバーの箔を貼り
次にクリアーコートをした後、筆書きをしていきます。










筆書きが完成した後　筆書きの段差を取る為に
またクリアーコートをし、段差を平らにしていきます。














柄にメリハリをつける為　ブラックキャンディーで色の
強弱をつけます。





そしてベースカラーを塗り、さらに段研ぎをかねてクリアーコーティング。


この時点で、クリアーコートは（サイドの部分もいれて）
６回塗られている事になるんですね。

after base coat was done, next process was silver leaf, then clear coat was needed many times for flat surface to do hand paint with brush.

Air brush was very important technique to make deep contrast of black candy paint for the design I draw.

In the result 6 times of over clear coat was necessary after sanding...










フロントフォークにも、同じようにペイントしてあります。


same design for front fork legs too.






今回のペイントの中でも、こだわった部分でもありますこの皮の部分。

実はこれは皮ではなく、皮に似せたペイントです。


As you could identfy the leather on the fuel tank was actually by the paint, and this was high technique I wanted to try the most.




ツヤのある部分と、ツヤのない皮の部分を使い
オーナー様の言う、レーシーなイメージとエレガントで
ハードなイメージを演出してあります。


The elegant racing taste of the customer's desire was well expressed in this gross black paint and the leather matte black paint.
